It's because Adobe Acrobat reader is not available which is what is most heavily used. Those on devices other than computers or laptops need to find an equivalent in order to download. I absolutely agree! It makes for a very frustrating few minutes until I realize I have to sign on through the browser on my phone.

They need to log out and find their files through google search, then with the actual Etsy website on their phones.

I find this an issue because I sell stuff for photoshop, and there is a PS app that is for mobile that people like to use with my products. Another way is to simply send the file via messenger or email.
